Thinking I can just order in store I found out i couldn’t and that it was an online only thing. The manager came out and she gave me th small order for free for my troubles and kindly explained the reason why the cashier couldn’t take the order. She had made my day unknowingly as I was having a tough morning. She is reason why I would continue to go to that dunkin! She went above and beyond! Thank you

Take your money elsewhere and for everyone’s safety, please, fire this lunatic.
