  It's kind of funny that McDonald's advertise the rewards promotion but in order to use your points you must connect to their Wi-Fi and then is when it gets pretty funny because it becomes almost impossible to connect therephore you get frustrated and just say let me just pay out of pocket it's a pretty good business strategy how they got their Internet setup so they can only focus on profit and they don't have to honor any promotions or rewards because after all they are in business to make money and not a happy group of people that can witness and say how much they honor promotions and advertising this past Thursday I turn 52 years old and I have a electronic congrats for my birthday and then surprise if you can't connect to our Wi-Fi we don't have to see you smile so give us some more profit and then get lost customer appreciation is not happening unless not today so the joke is on you we just simply don't care about your satisfaction but we do love your money 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰

  Unofficial Statement Regarding the Westfield McDonald’s Financial Crisis Earlier yesterday I visited the McDonald’s in Westfield expecting the usual modern conveniences of the 21st century—technology, functioning payment systems, and possibly a cheeseburger. Instead, I witnessed what historians may one day refer to as The Great Credit Card Collapse of Tuesday Afternoon. Upon arrival, both kiosks heroically attempted to process my payment before immediately surrendering to technological defeat. An employee then informed us, with absolute confidence, that all of our credit cards had been declined. Naturally, the logical next step—according to on-site financial policy—was for us to leave the building, locate a bank, withdraw physical currency like it was 1993, and return. Curious about this groundbreaking economic strategy, I asked a simple question: “Why would I go to a bank… is the mobile app down too? Can I just order on my phone?” The employee paused, clearly processing this advanced concept. After a moment of deep reflection, she replied: “Oh yeah… you can do that.” At this point it became clear that the McDonald’s mobile app had been fully operational the entire time, meaning the solution to the crisis was literally sitting in everyone’s pocket while we were being directed on a field trip to the nearest ATM. In summary: The kiosks failed. The credit cards were innocent. The banking system was unnecessarily blamed. And the smartphone quietly held the answer the whole time. Thank you for your time as we continue investigating this unprecedented breakdown in fast-food economics.

  Loud and inappropriate talk heard from behind the counter during our entire visit including who was stealing and what criminals have been in lately. Cashier was NOT friendly or helpful and was complaining about having to work at this location. Ordered a single sandwich not knowing I could have had two for the same price and employee did not bother to tell us. The menu behind the counter does NOT show all of the prices. Restaurant was dirty including sticky floors and tables and this was prior to the lunch rush. I'll pass by this location in the future for anywhere else.

  Great hometown McDonalds location. Everyone is nice and orders are prepared as fast as possible usually. Given they’re the only fast food restaurant in town they can get backed up, especially when the school is holding an event. Otherwise they’re helpful and make correct orders that may have been served incorrectly first go around.
