  I’ve always wanted to come and try the tacos, and today was the day! Ramsey took care of us and was an excellent server—he spoke our language (Spanish) and gave us great recommendations. I absolutely loved the carne asada tacos. I’ll be back soon with the rest of my family. Highly recommended! 🌮✨

  Very good. I went on a Sunday night and the waiter Renzo told me that there was a taco special every Tuesday. I went back on Tuesday, and he served us again. He explained the menu and answered all my questions, he treated us well and patiently the whole time. The food arrived on time and he kept coming back to ask if I wanted anything else. Without a doubt, he was the best and I will go back again. The food and service were excellent.

  Guac and chips, Birria tacos, carne asada taco, baja crispy fish and chicken quesadilla were great. Service was terrible. We did not receive utensils, or cups of water. Our server was mainly concerned with us ordering drinks. I ordered two birria tacos which state served with broth. My husband ordered one birria taco for himself. The server had them place three tacos on one plate with a tiny cup of broth, impossible to split that tiny broth between 2 taco orders. Talk about poor customer service, they were two separate taco orders as he had additionally ordered carne asada and seered fish tacos. Our waitress was clueless and barely stopped at the table. She missed my child's order of watermelon agua fresca but brought my daughters pineapple agua fresca, then we ordered an additional coca-cola which never came. We ordered Margaritas which were not worth the price, a full cup of ice and 4 oz of drink. I would order pick up for the food quality but not return to sit down here for the terrible customer service and poor drink experience. When we requested the bill, they did not provide a paper copy, just said the price and asked for our card. Who does that?!? She then stated I could give you a print afterwards if you want.... Unbelievable!

  I just discovered that I’ve eaten at a Tacombi restaurant before, one in Flatiron and another in Brooklyn. Now I’m adding the Long Island Westbury location to the list. I will say, one thing that has stayed consistent is the wonderful service. I’ve been to the Westbury location twice already and have always had a pleasant experience. The food is solid and is definitely worth adding to your Taco Tuesday list. So far, I’ve had the tacos and a Birria Burrito. The Burrito is massive and super filling. The tacos are reasonable and you’re good with just three if you’re regular hungry. The ambiance gives street taco stand, which is the point, but it’s super cozy and chill. My kind of vibe. Nothing bad to say honestly. Will continue going.

  The overall experience was horrible. When i walked in, the staff didn’t welcome me. I was then seated at a dirty table which was sticky. The waitress whose name I believe to be Maria was extremely rude. She didn’t greet me. I was asking about the different burritos and she had no knowledge of what was inside the burritos. I stepped away to wash my hands, only to find out there was no soap in the bathroom. I had to ask the staff to put soap in the bathroom. When i came back from the bathroom my food was already sitting at the table. The food was cold and very disgusting. The burrito had no taste. I had ordered a classic margarita. The bartender brought over a mango margarita. I informed her, i ordered a classic margarita. She had an attitude because she had to make a new drink. The bartender then gave the mango margarita to i believe the manager. Be then started drinking on the job. When the bartender brought over my classic margarita, the glass was dirty and had little brown and black things floating in my drink. I told the waiter i no longer want the drink and i explained why i no longer want it. The waitress Maria, stated she don’t see anything in the glass and stated i am being difficult. I then asked for the check. Maria then threw the check at me and it landed on the floor. I was not satisfied with the experience nor did i deserve to be treated like this. It was embarrassing and i will never step foot in this establishment again!!!!!!!
