Worst servers ever!!! So rude, we went to pickup and said don’t order 4 sub’s together from app and will cancel it, which is so rude!!! Like app is meant to order ahead. These people need to learn how to talk!!! Subs were so blank not made according to instructions

I have eaten at Subway locations all over Long Island and beyond, but this particular franchise inside the Westbury Walmart on Old Country Road is, without question, the worst Subway experience I have ever endured. From the blatant overcharging to the shockingly poor customer service, every aspect of my visit was a profound disappointment.
Let’s start with the value, or complete lack thereof. For two footlong combo meals, the total with tax came to approximately $33. This is nothing short of insane and nearly double what many competitor chains charge for similar meals. You are absolutely paying Walmart-Subway prices without receiving anything close to adequate quality or portion size. In fact, when my sandwich was made, the employee used half-pieces of cheese, literally tearing the slices to make them go further. This level of stinginess is both obvious and insulting.
The service matched the poor value. The sandwich maker was indifferent to the point of being neglectful. When politely asked for extra sauce or additional onions, he barely responded, acting as if he was being asked to give away something for free. There was no courtesy, no engagement, and no care put into assembling the order. The entire interaction felt like a burden to him, which in turn made me feel like an inconvenience just for being a customer.
This franchise is a money-sucker in every sense of the word. They charge premium prices for sub-standard portions delivered with zero hospitality. You are far better off going to any other quick-service restaurant in the area, or even a different Subway location. Do not waste your time or hard-earned money here. The combination of exorbitant pricing, measly portions, and apathetic service makes this a place I cannot, and will not, ever recommend. A complete failure of a dining experience.
