After arriving a few minutes late they were told it would be about 10 to 15 minutes for a table. After waiting over 45 minutes he inquired and was told another 10 or 15 minutes. They left in disgust but the day was saved by the local Taco Bell. Outback has certainly lost my business as customers should be treated with a certain respect regardless of their age. Very poor performance.

How the heck can you ruin a burger? One of the worst flavorless burgers I've ever had. The blooming onion was greasy and over cooked. Just awful. Never going back

The drinks were generally good. The service was not the best or worst - we had a big party and they brought 1 small bread basket, went to get more and forgot all about it, for example. Also had a reservation yet still had to wait for the table. They may have been understaffed that day perhaps? Overall though, I'd give them another chance, but I've had much more wonderful experiences at other Outback restaurants.

I had a burger because I didn't trust anything else and it was seasoned and flavorful and juicy. It also looked like the photo lol. My dad had a steak, gave me a piece and that too was flavorful. The staff was so lovely and helpful, even recommended things based off what we had ordered and even asked questions and helped as choose the right dessert Why does everything feel new? The menus, coasters, and the folder thing for receipts were brand new but that place has been there for so long apparently I'm shocked I enjoyed a chain restaurant so much lol and again CLEAN. Nothing broken or old looking
