She explained to him exactly how she wanted it. It was just an appetizer with extra cheese, not too hard. You would think it comes out burnt the first time second time has just about no cheese on it. So I took the plate walked into the kitchen, so I could talk to the cook and explain to him how she would want it. The manager came up to me and said I can’t go back there OK no problem Now the manager make sure they fix it keep in mind it was appetizer they bring it out not even a minute later they bring out an entrée totally get under my skin like I wouldn’t even have time to eat my appetizer and my entrée would’ve got cold already I told the manager his management sucks clearly it does if a simple appetizer. I can’t come out properly after three times he told me he was too busy and that’s why I told him his management sucks if that’s an excuse, you’re gonna give you a customers. he tried to comp my family’s meal, but I would’ve rather pay for it and got it right than getting comped then he tried to give me to go plates to get me out of there. This is totally unacceptable and this is why outback steakhouse has been closing down.

He tended to another customer that arrived 10-15 minutes after me and proceeded to ignore me. Unless you want long wait times and to be ignored for no reason, DONT visit this bar. In hindsight, I have no issue with waiting at the bar, however, being ignored and undermined like this is something I don’t tolerate. Customer service is everything, alcohol and food is everywhere but customer service isn’t. This place wasted precious time from my busy work schedule and I hope others don’t experience the same.
