  We ordered food at the bar and then asked to move to a table since we had a bigger group. We asked for water and they said they could only bring us drinks if we order food at the table, even though we ordered food from the bar and brought it to the table. The waiter had a terrible attitude and as she left said that she would tell the hostess we were getting up to leave .. as we were still eating. No one was waiting in line for a table and there were many empty tables so I’m not sure what the attitude or the rush was for.

  Come here all the time but today was the absolute worst food was out in wrong and then after making corrections the food came undone either time is being utilized unproperly or the care is just not there anymore but Dave and Busters used to be one of the best places to enjoy good food and relaxed fun environment and even though the place is the same the staff food and services have all declined sincerely hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears because I only write this because I care and Dave and busters is apart of our family

  I bought my daughter all the way from WOODSIDE Queens. I am so disappointed. The service was horrible the food was discusting. We ordered calamari which looked like it was someone else’s left overs. The manager was nice enough to replace it. However it’s not work to come to this place. The silverware was disgusting it had food residue . We were offered plastic silverware. These servers need a brush up course on customer service. I will never come back it was such a waste of money and my daughter had a horrible time food burn totally disgusting

  My family and I come here frequently. The food is great honestly especially for the price. Kelsey was an amazing server!! She was very attentive and outgoing. It's hard to find a server that hovers and checks on you every 5-10 minutes or so. Most places a server will just serve you and bring the check. SMH. Kelsey was on point, you the best. Plus management wished us a great evening as we left. Very cool staff. There's also a really cool bartender there, I cannot recall his name. I got sad when he told me milkshakes were only for kids so he made me a peanut butter whiskey shake... FIRE. Peace peace peace

  Bought a power card through the app for $55 and wasn’t even able to use it. When I tried to get help from the staff they refused and told me to call customer service, when I called customer service they said to speak to the staff at the store. Ended up having to buy another card for $50 and got screwed out of the original $55, won’t be going to Dave and busters anymore.
