    The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. As it was the first time in years visiting Dave & Buster's, I observed that the pricing had changed. The front register staff member kindly explained the new procedures without rushing or belittling me, taking the time to help me select the appropriate package. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism of the front register personnel, as well as the courteous bartender. The bartender demonstrated attentiveness to our needs, and I was pleased that there was no extended wait for our drinks.

    Overall, great play day with my son - we love the games and Sunday Fun Day is awesome. The bar staff is horrible... super slow... stood there chatting while I just waited for 10 minutes... turned out that I had to go to front desk to get an order of fries to go... wait was so long there that we just left.
