My daughter has a severe tree nut allergy and I was asking them questions about ingrediants and I didnt feel rushed and no one rolled there eyes;). We are so happy we found a healthy, fresh as can be, nut free place. Def going back!

Overall all employees were nice but Lauren stood out to me, a fair skinned young woman with her hair pulled back in a bun. Her cashier service was absolutely wonderful and made my experience navigating something new well worth it. She is such a kind person with a warming smile. I have social anxiety so employees like this make me feel so much better about doing things out of my comfort zone.

One girl stood out the most as I was struggling with what to eat. Even with the line she had a bright smile and patience helping me. Her name was Lauren. Glad there are young people that still have great customer service. Cava Westbury will be my new go to and I hope to get Lauren and the rest of the team that were there.

- STSadie Thomas6 days ago1.0Absolute worst Cava experience of my life. The meat and rice was cold. They forgot my dressing and my half portion of greens to go with the grains. Everything that was meant to be a double portion was a single portion. They must be struggling to stay in business because the portions were absolutely stingy. Anyone who knows Cava knows that it’s usually stuffed inside of that bowl, but it wasn’t even touching the lid. I’ve had cava in probably seven different states and you would think the one in New York would be the best, but it was actual garbage.
