- RFRegina Farlese5 days ago1.0I visited on a busy Saturday night and had a really frustrating experience. We went bowling, and while the front counter staff was friendly, there was little to no explanation of how things worked—no details about shoe rentals, how the timing works, or what to expect. Once we got to our lane, we had technical difficulties setting up the game. We called for maintenance, but after waiting about 30 minutes (which is a big issue when you’re paying for a timed hour), no one had arrived. An employee was sent over but didn’t seem trained to fix the issue. We then asked for a manager, and unfortunately that didn’t help either. He appeared confused and didn’t handle the situation professionally—just told us to “wait a minute,” and we were left sitting there with no resolution. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering you’re paying for limited time. Better communication, training, and customer service are definitely needed

It was so dark and noisy that a very disturbing man felt comfortable enough to try and approach my 11 yr old and her friend. I practically wanted to hold their hands when walking from game to game. Also, their crane game was ridiculous. It would pick up a toy, get the kid excited, then it would drop it before hovering above the slot . It gave the kids an erroneous sense of confidence, then it just kept doing the same thing over and over. Also the prizes at the redemption counter... absolute trash! The quality of potential prizes just keeps going down while the number of tix required to redeem keeps going higher
