As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- AAArefen2 days ago1.0Extremely unprofessional service. After ordering online the staff treated me with suspicion, acting as though I was trying to steal an order. Despite having all my details she interrogating me with unnecessary questions like 'What is my name?' 'Where is your name?', and 'What did you order?' rather than simply checking the system. The place looks like old chinese restaurant. Everything is over the cage. Never ever will go to this place.

I went thru the driver side to get my order and customer service rep, Else, was very customer friendly and professional. I forgot one item in my order and made a U-turn and this time went thru the passenger side window and was also served/helped by Else. I was surprised to learn this young woman was alone and working both stations plus the inside service counter (3 stations). I paid her the highest compliments for keeping a smile on her face and handling all 3 stations, without missing a beat, all by herself. So my compliments are mostly for her because I was bothered that management would have this young woman handling so much responsibility alone. No bueno. Else should be made a leader/manager if she isn't already.
