Management needs to do something different.
Something was off with all the young workers.
Everyone seemed unhappy. It was a weird vibe as a guest I was completely thrown off by this. The workers were not communicating. And the young lady that spoke to me seemed so upset which came out in the to of an attitude.
After that was not sure I wanted the food.
I would have complained to manager but honestly I did not have the mental energy. I just wanted to get out of there.
I do not blame the kids working there. I blame management for the negative work atmosphere.

I came today at 6pm with my friend to order food and as soon as we came in the lobby it was so dirty and the garbage overflowing! When we order it was just one person on the line helping us and we also saw a employee eating in the line instead of helping the guy that was making our bowls after that we sat down and I went to use the bathroom which was really disgusting!!! where is the general manager at ???? This location does not have good customer service at all!

A typical “stay in line” fast food place near Costco. I did not like the vibe here nor the smell. Sorry. You have got work to do here to live up to a high ranking.

I ordered two bowls through uber eats, one grain bowl with chicken and another green and grains bowl with chicken. when we mixed up our bowls my boyfriend realized there’s a couple pieces of raw chicken in there, not even slightly raw like a bit pink, it was straight up just raw chicken not even edible and so i checked mine as well. not only was the chicken raw but the forgot my sauce both my sauces in the bowl so the bowl was straight up dry with only harissa not even the crazy feta, skhug, garlic dressing or tzatziki that i ordered. and so we called the cava and a girl picked up, we weren’t being rude or anything we were polite. my boyfriend just asked if he can speak to a manager about this because uber eats wouldn’t get back to us, and the girl hung up. and so we tried calling again and the call was declined. i’ll attach a picture of what we found.

Hmm, I start with that because I was hoping to shower this place with flowers, but... hmm...
Ambiance/Atmosphere - pretty robust, chatty-quiet, simple but nice esthetics... did not like the guy was sweeping while people are eating (bad timing)... first strike for me
My coworker told me so much about this place and begged me to go because I LOVE me a bowl. Anyway, customer service, no pleasantries whatsoever and stoic faces. As a first timer, every question was read the sign/list with no awareness of I had a visual problem or was illiterate. With it being so busy, a quick tell could propel the line faster (I was tempted to read the list by spelling every word and holding up just because of the lack of cordiality). It might be best to order online. Upset me so much, I forgot to take my photos.
Juices - absolutely love the flavors; I went with cucumber*
I lost my appetite, so I gave my bowl away, but drank the juice.
