After we remind him we asked for cream and we pay, he hands us a drink that looks like this :D not only does this look like a completely different drink than what we asked for, but there is CLEARLY not 4 mocha in it and it may be the worst iced coffee i've had in my life. like how hard is it to put in the drink what is on the sticker 😀 this location is so awful about consistency and clearly doesn't listen to their customers at the box

Both times I asked if my order was ready I was shrugged at, and then later told “I don’t know” if my order was sitting on the counter. People were ordering at the counter and getting their items while I stood around. My order number was 20+ numbers before orders being served. The employees were also arguing with each other. Maybe slow down taking orders until you can complete the ones ahead??? Maybe communicate that my order is one of the next ones in line?? Coffee at this location is burnt trash btw. Edit, updated on 11/7 Came back for the first time since. 20minute drive-thru line.

And the owner allows it and has witnessed her screaming at her staff! Now wonder they run thru employees like water! If I could give a zero star I would! #justiceforthestaff
