  I don't think I've ever been disappointed in a fast food order so much. I actually felt it necessary to email the address for complaints on my receipt. Our food was cold and stale, the fries and fried chicken piece for my wife's sandwich had been sitting around a long time before going to us, and with the prices we paid, it'll be a very long time before I spend my money here again, if ever.

  Had big order to go, no receipt (said not working), out of sauce packets at 1pm, forgot 2 of my sandwiches, not so friendly

  Nothing special. Needed something quick and thats what it was. Bathrooms were clean, food was hot.

  First sandwiches were not what was ordered with a coupon. After opening sandwich and realizing it the staff quickly made the order right. We were very pleased with the service.

  Food is never the same as it looks in tv ads. My crispy fish sandwich was crispy and hot and my curly fries were good. The ads say "We have the Meat". When you visit I am gonna say they have some meat. Not this locations fault. Been to more than this Arbys and what you get is the same. I ate it all so not terrible. The Tartar sauce could have had a little more zip to it
