  Love this place cause its not very full and if God forbid u get board lol, there are a tun of things to do in the mall

  Our server Baylee was absolutely incredible — truly went above and beyond and made our night. She deserves real recognition. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was completely unacceptable. I witnessed a rat running between the doors and the card recharge area. I immediately informed a manager, who showed zero concern, no urgency, and didn’t even apologize when I expressed concerns about food cleanliness. I then told a bartender, who seemed unsurprised and said, “Yeah, that happens here.” When I escalated to another team member I was told, “Well, there’s nothing I can do about that.” The complete lack of concern, accountability, or urgency from management is disgusting and alarming, especially in a place that serves food and drinks. This is a serious health issue and should be treated as such.Because of this, I will never recommend eating or drinking here. Management needs to take immediate responsibility and fix this.

  My husband and I went for the Superbowl special event and at first I was taken back by the waitress we had. I went and spoke to the female manager and without me even asking she swapped staff. Now let me tell you about Mia. The best wait staff we have ever had at any DnB. Attentive, courteous and very well mannered. Thanks to her and that manager who sadly I didn't get the name; we had a great experience. Now for the food we had the BBQ and buffalo wings with fries and the funnel fries. We left stuffed and happy Seahawks won the Superbowl.

  We took my son for his birthday with family. Being everyone was prepping for snow the place was kind of empty. Still a crowd but not what you would expect for a Saturday night. We got there and needed a table for 6. They may have been short on wait staff because the host seemed a little confused about where to put us even though there were so many tables open. But I’m guessing a supervisor walked up to them and told them where to put us. No biggie! Our waitress was really nice started taking our orders on starters and even asked if we wanted any kids meals first which was great. Our food came out pretty quick everything was correct and looked fresh. She came back a few times asked if we were good and checked on any refills we needed. Also some of the meal we got came with game cards. She came with those at one point charged up and ready to go. We got done, paid for our meals and got to the game section. Decent selection of games nothing too crazy the kids had a great time. Won some prizes and we headed out to brace for the storm that was coming. This was actually our second time there and def would return again.
