- MFmaxie feedApr 21, 20262.0I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience wasn’t great. I came in with some friends and we had an issue with our order. When we tried to resolve it, the manager we spoke to wasn’t very helpful she didn’t really listen and came across like she was having a bad day. I get that happens, but as a manager, the way customers are treated matters. Overall, I’d probably only recommend coming here for the games or drinks at the bar and maybe when it’s not super busy.

The host, was pretty rude and came off as very standoffish, which wasn’t a great way to start the night. On the bright side, our waitress Janae was fantastic super friendly, attentive, and honestly the only reason the experience wasn’t a total loss. It also seemed like there was only one main area with TVs on the event, so our section felt really overcrowded and uncomfortable. Not the best setup for watching a big event. Overall, not a great experience, but we tried making the best of it.

Alot of kids and saw and loved seeing the dads step up and spend time with their kids. I was treated nicely when I entered... It was my first time and the staff was very helpful...I can see myself returning in the future...I liked it!
- BFBelen FontanezMar 29, 20263.0Came for a family function of 8 only 7 were served with no waiter despite letting the server know a meal was missing the only thing done was removing the order from the bill. And a to-go dinner. Absolutely nothing for the inconvenience and maltreatment of hungry customers having to sit at a table and watch others eat and inconvenience of others at the table knowing you didnt get a meal making them feel uncomfortable as well. Going to the bar so no one would feel uncomfortable and not be reminded that one of their own wasn’t eating at a dinner party Was the only escape.
