And two fresh packed QUARTS of jamoca. Instead I received no sprinkles for my niece and two half filled pints of jamoca. Clearly not able to read an online order, or has difficulty handling high order volume.

Guy behind the counter spent like 5 minutes looking for it then went into the freezer, pulled one out, took it in the back , put it in another box and hands to me. I asked if this was the one I ordered since the ice cream on the outside was a different flavor-he swore it was in the inside. Took it home for my daughters birthday and just like I thought-it wasn’t the one I ordered- it was mint chip instead of Oreo- chocolate cake was stale too- wound up throwing everything in the garbage! Worst place! (This isn’t the first time this happened-but figured I would give them a second chance- this is my last thought) wouldn’t buy anything here.

Meanwhile dunkin is part of the same place. They finally gave him the ice cream in coffee cups (per our suggestion) and it was completely melted there was more hot fudge than ice cream... ice cream soup basically. The guy working there was not able to communicate with my driver it was a terrible experience. I will not order here again.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
