  Stopped in with my four kids for dinner on the way home from a road trip. The cashier told me my card declined, however my banking app showed it as going through. The manager came up and told me that it is a hold put on my card to make sure I had enough money and that the credit machine won’t charge anything over $50. She took a few things and put them on a separate order, so I had one order for $42.60 and another on a different card for $8.32. My card has been charged for the original order over $50 and twice for the 42.60 and the other card has been charged twice for the $8.32. I was okay with overpriced thruway food as I had 4 hungry children, however paying for my order three times is not okay, the manager and cashier were rude and dismissive of my concern over the hold being put on my card and acted like it was my fault and an inconvenience to them. The last charge to my card went through at 11:20 pm, after we had already been home for 5 hours. Oh and if your going to charge someone $5 for fries the container should be more than half filled. Never going to an Arby’s again over $150 charged for a $50 order. Update: It's 12/15.....still not fixed, call customer service and they tell me that my refund has been approved and they don't know why it hasn't been authorized and refunded yet. Then tell me a supervisor will call me.....they never have.
