  The nastiest Wendy's I've ever hadddd omggg the new tenderssss nasty not fully cooked , fries was cold... inside of the restaurant is so dirty yuckkk never again.

  I was in this Wendy's having a cup of coffee while waiting for a LIRR train; the station is very close to this Wendy's. As such I can't speak about the food, but it seemed standard fast food restaurant food. The service was nice and I appreciate that they did not bother us even though we were just having coffee. If you have to wait for a train at the West Hempstead LIRR station, this seems the closest place you can wait and get out of the cold It is about 10 minutes from the station to this location.

  I went through the drive thru and the experience was disappointing. The staff was rude, no sauces were included with my order, and when I asked for some, I was charged extra

  I won't be going back to this W. Hempstead Wendy's location again. The food & the service has drastically declined over the years. The food is stale, nothing is fresh, not even a simple salad or a sandwich. The people are unpleasant. Going forward, I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to Franklin Square.
