  I visited this place and liked the atmosphere. The place was clean and comfortable. The service was quick and polite. The burger was good and fresh, and the fries were hot and flavorful. It's a good spot for a quick, satisfying meal.

  I really enjoyed the food. I had Chicken Sandwich and Oreo Milkshake its a must try. Overall the quality and service was good.

  The food is always good. But make sure you're not too hungry when you go, or you don't mind waiting forever. They're so incredibly slow. Please hire more people. This place could be so much better.

  I normally do not like writing negative reviews. But I’ve been to the way back burger in East Meadow and I had such a great experience. I found out there was a Wayback burger in West Hempstead so I wanted to try out this. I had such a bad experience here the floor was sticky. The person that took the order messed up my order when the food came out, it was cold. I will never go back to this location. Terrible experience.

  Waited for a single order Cheezy Burger for 27 minutes today (target time 12:03pm, actual ready time 12:30pm). Politely asked halfway if they forgot my order and received an attitude from the cook as if I was a second class citizen. Please brush up on your efficiency and customer service skills and common decency skills talking to another human being. I felt like I was being talked down to like if I was a stray dog. Will be going to another chain from now on.
