  The worst food quality of any McDonalds I've ever been to. The last time I was here, the chicken nuggets were inedible. It was like they were over-microwaved or something. Today I gave the place another shot. Big mistake. The medium fries that came with my Big Mac meal were cold. Not even close to warm. Disgusting. Never again.

  Never have I had 100% flawless interactions with a fst food restaurant but this McDonald's is the best by far.

  Dear Manager, I am writing to formally complain about my experience at your store on March 12, 2026, at approximately 5:27 p.m. During my visit, I observed several employees leaving the front and back of the store unattended, leaving the manager without assistance. When two female employees were asked to return to work, they displayed a poor attitude toward myself and other customers. Specifically, an employee in the back with a pink hairpiece was particularly dismissive. Furthermore, I found the service regarding beverage pricing unacceptable. I was informed that there are no refills for a small coffee, despite the $2.85 price point for a cup that was only half full. The staff's conduct was also highly unprofessional; employees were yelling across the lobby and mumbling complaints about customer requests under their breath. The store was not unusually busy, yet I observed employees outside smoking and chatting while the lobby tables and floors remained dirty and cluttered. Additionally, the practice of parking vehicles around the building and running orders outside is inefficient and rude to your customers, contradicting the goal of timely drive-thru service. I hope you will look into these staffing, cleanliness, and service issues to ensure a better experience for your customers in the future. Best regards, Robert Kelley
