  Lmao they get my order wrong every time and so I will ask for what I want very specifically and they hit me with “it COMES with that” and it’s like idk sis idk if it does 🙄 I swear the staff turns over in this place once a month. Gotta second everyone else on here- the staff is rude. It’s like high school in there-but they are full grown adults

  Went to order food sara and terisha are very rude making comments and laughing in my face it was in poor taste and the food wqs cold and under cooked

  More often than not they get my coffee order wrong. At this point I should have learned to check my coffee before I leave the parking lot. I ordered a small hot coffee with 1 cream and 1 butter pecan shot. It appears I got a cup of cream with butter pecan, literally couldn’t taste coffee at all. Waste of money, it was undrinkable.

  Did a online order 4 Boston Kreme 4 jelly 3 french curlers and 1 golden choc and 10 munchins 5 blueberry 5 choc glaze and 2 sandwiches. Got 1 Boston 1 jelly and the golden choc and the rest was wrong. Got 5 blueberry munchins and the other 5 was wrong. They either don't care or can't read. Or they were high. Think corporate should step in and get a new crew and can follow a simple piece of paper and when you call the phone number on the receipt and the same number on the website it says it been disconnected
