  No one answers the phone. Good luck with your online orders, they never show they are ready on the app or answer the phone when picking up so you have to go in and stand around until they find someone working that counter because customer service does absolutely nothing to help and don’t know how to just give you the grocery order. It’s overpriced groceries. Go to Aldi or lidl.

  I had to go in to return an item I bought as the sign at the item I purchased was for another item three slots down and when I got home and looked at my receipt I noticed the price wasn’t what the sign said. I went back to the store and I was helped by Scott the manager at customer service and he was so abrupt and had the worsted attitude . I can say you won’t see me shopping at this store again I’ll go to another location. If this is how he is with a customer I truly feel bad for the employees that work under him.

  This morning I was very grateful. The manager is amazing. He honestly has a heart of Gold.

  Having to go to this place is a true nightmare; from the moment you walk into the store, there is a very bad smell . And not just any smell it’s so strong that I feel like I'm going to vomit. The smell is so intense that to even go there, you literally have to wear a face mask. I simply cannot understand how a supermarket can be allowed to operate in such conditions.

  It stinks in here. I don’t understand why it’s smells like this or what caused it. Maybe there was an email about it, but I’m not checking that. It’s been weeks. I forget about this smell every time I leave and then I hate it. It’s not fun here. It’s the entire place. When are you gna fix it? Why does it smell like that! I’ve never.
