  The bagels here are fresh and made on the premises. I usually get a Flagel egg or whole wheat, everything, and they double toast it for me, and then let it cool before putting lox and scallion cream cheese on. When I get a Flagel sandwich, unlike other delis, they will shave the roast beef for me and slice the Swiss extra thick, the way I like it. One of the best things I like about this place is, I don’t like shredded lettuce and they will put it on the sandwich for me whole. They also have excellent lentil, minestrone, chicken noodle and pea soup. The sandwich’s here are heftier, And cost less money than other delis. They do high volume so everything’s always moving fresh.. Take it from Mr. Bitterman, the cinnamon raisin and French toast bagels are excellent as well.

  Excellent bagels. Soft, chewy and crispy in all the right ways. Got two 1/2 lb tubs of cream cheese along with a half dozen bagels. Everything was delicious and hit the spot.
