But this location... they never put Horsey Sauce or Arby Sauce in the bag. Not once. They don’t even ask if you want any. You just get home, open the bag, and stare at a dry sandwich wondering where your life went wrong. I shouldn’t have to remember to ask for it every single time. It’s Arby’s. The sauce is the point. If they ever fix this problem, I’ll gladly change my review to 4 stars. Until then... it’s just dry beef and regret.
