  Unfortunately the food at the Webster Pizza Hut was terrible! We ordered two pizzas boneless wings and cheese bread and all of it was inedible. I called to report the issue and got a call center. When I asked to speak to Webster, I was hung up on twice!! I do not recommend!

  I can’t believe how rude the person working was to us. We were excited to see a Pizza Hut that we could sit inside of, I planned to order at counter but there was a sign on door that says “order online for best deals”. So I went online and ordered thinking it would probably be the same wait time anyway. So we sat down to wait and I checked out the salad bar, it looked pretty bare but fresh so I went to the counter to ask about it and to let her know we were waiting for our food we placed online. She told me the pricing for the salad bar and said it’s more money to dine in but that we would have to carry it out because our online order is carry out. The only options online are carry out or delivery. I said so we can’t eat our pizza here? She rudely said no. I said we live 30 minutes away and my 3 year old daughter is starving. She rudely said carry out is cheaper so you can’t eat it in here. I said we would clean up our mess we just are far from home and hungry. She said it’s not about the mess it’s our policy. During this whole conversation she was on and off yelling at someone on her phone who she eventually hung up on and was very rude to, not sure if it was a customer or personal but either way it was obnoxious and hard to talk to her while she was fighting with someone. So I said okay please just cancel our order. I will never go back.

  The cashier was so rude. She was yelling at someone on the phone and then refused to let us eat inside with our daughter because we ordered online. Canceled the order and never going back

  They're always polite and efficient. Their mobile order is easy enough to use. They do not accept cash so you will need to have alternative payment options. The food quality is exactly as you'd expect ordering pizza hut.

  Overwhelming amount of oregano seasoning. Asked for extra sauce barely got any.
