  generally I do not post reviews like this but after being shrugged off by the manager on duty… employee running the drive through window was INCREDIBLY rude, I asked to make one of my items a combo with a drink and he replied with a loud sigh and “I wish you would have said something earlier” which I tried to but he kept cutting me off everytime I spoke, no big deal I tell him just add the drink and charge me for it… he says no and then gives me the wrong items, as I pull forward I can here him audibly grumbling on the loud speaker “oh my god, this is ridiculous” - then I go inside to get the correct items and he is complaining that I’m in the wrong loudly from the back, the manager explained that he was just “disgruntled” … if he is so disgruntled have him clean your NASTY bathrooms - not handle the paying customers that keep you afloat. Do better.

  I honestly NEVER write a review even if I have a bad experience somewhere but what I just experienced here is ridiculous. First, I spent 50 minutes in the drive through line when there were only 4-5 cars in front of me, this location doesn’t have a way for cars to get out of the line. I finally get my food after nearly an hour and of course missing items, I tell them and they’re very nice about it. I get home and when I open the box, completely wrong, like how do you put wrong items in a box? I’ve worked in fast food and restaurants before and I am very understanding when it comes to wait times but how does this location constantly mess up peoples orders and take so so long every time. Honestly never coming back to this location.

  Have had really good from here and good service. Have also had interesting service and inedible food. But more times than not it is okay

  Was just here tonight, ordered 4 cheese rollups, a crunchwrap box with loaded potatoes and a 5 layer burrito, a rice and bean burrito, soft taco, and an order of churros. After we left to continue our trip east we had found that the 4 cheese rollups were missing, and there wasnt a rice and bean but another 5 layer burrito. Its not alot, but almost $8 or better... I wouldnt even post a review, as usually I just let it slide, but Im sure the distraction came from the pretty boys in the lobby vaping and hanging out with one of the employees.. Just disappointing as I have worked many fast food jobs in my youth, taco bell included, and it is not that hard to pack orders correctly and/or double check the order prior to expediting.. And they weren't even busy at the time, empty lobby and empty drive thru. Just a shame.
