I work at a local company that frequents this location for week to week delivery and we have received nothing but QUALITY SERVICE and QUALITY FOOD! Ben (delivery driver and in-house employee) has taken our standard and specialty orders every week, always delivering them with thoroughness, sincere appreciation for our business, and great attitude. One time I could not order online, and Ben CALLED OUR BUSINESS to check-in, because he had not seen an order come through on the website. He then set us up with a standing order, and made sure to put a note in the system to check in with us, if an order was not received on our usual days. When ordering specialty menu items, Ben has made sure that all instructions are followed to a 'T'! I don't' personally trust a lot of restaurants, as I am a stickler for cleanliness and service, and I will tell you that I wholeheartedly trust Ben, and the team at the Salvatore's location in Ontario! Thank you for taking food handling seriously, and making sure that we are taken care of!

They offered to credit our card, which was very nice & more than we were looking for. We just went to order again & realized they never applied the credit. When we called to let them know, they were suddenly unable to find our info. We have ordered from them 101 times that WE were able to find in our card history. Won’t use them again.
