This Dunkin’ has gone downhill fast since the previous crew left, and it’s heartbreaking to see how badly things are being handled now. Upper management urgently needs to step in and address how poorly this store is being run.

The employees seem discouraged, the service less professional, and it’s rare to see a manager present. Letting Kelly go was a mistake—she was one of your strongest team members.
