  These guys are min-maxing to the point of saving two cents on rice with quarter scoops. I’m ordering double rice, double chicken, double-wrapped, with guacamole. I don’t care what the price is. $18 for a burrito, whatever. But if I’m spending $18 on a takeout burrito, I expect it to actually have some quantity. Otherwise, what am I even doing here? I could go to literally any other restaurant and get better food, better service, and a larger portion. Especially when the shift manager is making the burritos like it’s coming out of her own paycheck. The only time I get a decent burrito here is when they’re training someone and that person scoops like they’d actually want to be served. Then the manager either “corrects” them, takes over, or you never see them again.

  The absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to. The girl they had working the front was the worst food service employee I’ve ever witnessed. Horrible.

  Super small proportions today, very disappointed. Nothing like $12 for a half full bowl.

  as someone who gets chipotle every day anytime I go in when they first open up the staff always is super rude and makes my food with an attitude, and I understand people can have bad days and we are all human and we may not wake up on the right side of the bed but it’s one thing if it happens once or twice it’s another thing if it happens every single day the management needs a serious attitude adjustment for staff specifically at this location

  Anyone who has the cilantro gene knows it’s unbearable to eat at all. I have this gene, and I love chipotle so I’ve always gotten the rice without it without problem. The nice man taking my order was extremely helpful and went to grab the rice, and while doing so a VERY rude tall man who was playing on his phone btw yelled at him in front of everyone to never do that again and just say no. Ordering the rice without cilantro is such a normal request I’ve never had someone get so mad about it before. He needs to check himself immediately
