I genuinely like Chipotle’s food, but this location makes it almost impossible to enjoy it. The most frustrating issue? They never open on time. If your posted hours say 10:30 AM, then your doors should be open at 10:30 AM not 10:45, not 11:00, and definitely not “whenever the staff decides they feel like it.” This isn’t a rare occurrence; it’s every single time. You’ll see customers waiting outside while employees casually move around inside as if the schedule doesn’t apply to them. Looking at the Google page seems they updated there hours a week ago to noon. This makes sense now for my latest experience however I can count on both hands the amount of times I’ve been here in the last year that it wasn’t open at noon and just opened whenever.
And when they finally open late, they still aren’t ready. Somehow the extra time of “prep time” never results in actual prep being done. It’s normal to walk in and see empty pans, no rice ready, no meats finished, veggies still cooking in the back, basically the entire line missing half the ingredients. You end up waiting longer inside even though they just opened late. It’s almost impressive how consistently unprepared they are.
On top of that, the staff always looks like they absolutely hate being there. Zero energy, zero urgency, and often an attitude that makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering food. Not rude, necessarily just completely disengaged, annoyed, and unfriendly. Combine that with the constant delays and missing ingredients, and the whole experience feels like a chore.
The saddest part: the food itself is good when they finally have everything ready. But everything leading up to it, the late openings, the unprepared line, the lack of professionalism, completely destroys the experience. I keep hoping the location will improve, but it’s been the same every visit.
If you like Chipotle and value your time (or just want a normal customer experience), go to literally any other location. This one is reliably disappointing.

I have been a loyal customer of this location for the last two years. Historically I had 1 bad experience for every 9 good experiences, so I figured that was 90% success, which is good for a fast-food restaurant. I like the people here too, they have all been very nice. I am only posting a negative review now as there is some kind of structural issue here. They either have management issues, staffing issues, cash flow issues, or something. They don't have reliable hours, you can order from the app when it says online ordering is available and show up and they tell you they are not open (why don't they disable online ordering as they normally do that) and now I have to call Chipotle to be refunded? Same issue if you order something and they don't have it, its on the customer to get the refund. They should not charge a credit card until they have successfully fulfilled the order. A customer should never have to do more work to get their money back after not providing the goods or services that was agreed on. Very poor business. I love the location of this Chipotle, but I have started to go to the one on Holt road just because this one isn't reliable. In the last month i have had 5 bad experiences out of 8 tries and I only went that many time because I liked the people. At the very least they need to not be allowing mobile orders if they can't fill them. It's wasting a lot of their customers time to place an order, drive there just to be told they aren't filling mobile orders or are not open and then to ask the customer to spend even more time to get a refund. I don't understand how corporate and management think that is going to be considered good customer service.

I went there on 11/4 to participate in a fundraiser event for an organization I care about deeply. Upon arriving at 6:22pm, well within the 4-8pm window for the fundraiser, the doors were locked and the employees appeared to be in the midst of closing procedures (i.e. putting food away and cleaning the counters). This was a disappointing experience and is in line with the reputation of this location.

This location was doing so well, it was the only one in the area my girls and I would visit. I don’t know what’s changed but over the past 2-3 months, it’s been a very different experience. The location is now frequently closed, with either no notice and the doors are just locked, or paper signs saying they’re closed or drive through only. Most recent visit was last night (Halloween), the kids and I were looking forward to $6 boo-rito all week. Showed up and they were “drive thru only” which felt a little too coincidental that there’s no way to get the discounted boorito via mobile ordering. We are forced to drive down to the Holt rd location and have had much better experiences at that location. It’s a shame because it’s not logical for a corporate franchise to be so inconsistent. Hopefully they can sort out their issues and get back to serving consistently

This location sucks they always mess up my food but i continue to give them chances. Today was a tipping point.Had a long day at work placed a pickup order was really hungry. So put double steak home, fifteen minutes sat down to eat my meal and realized there was not one piece of steak in my bowl. Not only did they not put double steak, they put absolutely zero steak.I don't understand how you can mix it up.It says it right on the sticker that it's double protein. Employees at this location are more worried about.Socializing and being on their phones than paying attention to their job and what they're supposed to be doing this place needs some serious work.I will not recommend it to anyone
