They’ll accept orders during normal business hours from the app and you’ll show up to the doors locked with a sign that food won’t be ready for a few hours. This happened twice to me at this location over two weeks…Then you’re pushed to talk to customer support that will tell you there is nothing they can do. Clearly nobody cares about this type of feedback either.

I was so impressed by the positive attitude of the small staff working together to get everyone served. We were greeted genuinely and attention given to our order that was impressive. We visit here about every 6 weeks. Food is consistent and it is what it is - simple, fresh, fast food.

As I was waiting I watched on of the girls transfer lettuce with bare hands. The staff was wildly rude. I had to cancel my ordered online. Figuring I’d give a second chance I went today and a sign was on the door saying closed until 4pm…it was 4:50pm and the doors were locked and the staff just stared. I will not be returning. Chipotle needs to clear house at this location.

On multiple occasions I have ordered one thing only to arrive at the chipot-lane and be told either the order isn't ready yet, despite arriving after estimated pickup time, OR being told what I ordered isn't available and what different meat do I want to substitute. Beyond the awful service, portions are less than you get at other locations and the veggies are questionable freshness. I'm done dealing with this location.
