  This one pains me, but justice must be served. Me and my crew of misfit smooth brains arrived at 8:13 pm. The 6 of us were jammed into a booth like a pack of sardines. After 30 minutes our waiter arrives, seemingly in good spirits. We order our drinks: Genny, Apple cider, voodoo ranger, modelo, mountain dew, and a water, typical smooth brain material. We also order a crap ton of wings and fries. The drinks begin to trickle out in not particular order and doubt starts to creep into my mind as to the security of my meal. An hour later a random waitress arrives with an angry orchard and bud light which was funny because we didn’t order them. We ask which is which and she goes “I don’t know, smell them.” The two guys at the booth next to us asked if the waitress gave us their angry orchard and bud light by mistake and I said “ I don’t know, smell them.” Upon hitting the two hour mark, our alpha male dad, Tom aka “daddy” has had enough. He asked our waitress for an update on the food, who proceeded to give us a very strange look, instantly bringing my doubts to fruition as I realized she had absolutely no recollection of our order. She claimed that she only put in half the order and that the food got lost somewhere in the restaurant. Knowing this was a big fat fib, I suggested we embark on a scavenger hunt to locate the lost food, however I was quickly shunned by our group enforcer Cassie aka “dawg.” Finally, the manager comes out and promises a hefty reduction in our bills and manages to single handedly will our food out from the kitchen. After 3 hours, our checks come out, might I add with minimal reductions. In fact I saw a tear coming down my friend Tea-moe’s face as he mumbled “I got no discount.”

  As my friend alluded to how horrible of an experience this was, it fails to illuminate the injustices we were dealt. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but not this Buffalo Wild Wings. We show up at 8:13 pm and don’t get our food until 10:15 pm. The waitress said “the kitchen lost the order in this chaos” even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. It’s really not that hard to place an order for wings and fries, that’s all we ordered but that’s fine just own up to it and everything is straight. Instead of our wings we were fed lie after lie after lie as to where our food was and why it wasn’t in our gullets yet. Then, much like a pimp disciplines his girls for not turning enough tricks, it felt like we were disciplined with $5 discount for the whole experience. I would pay more money than I have to never experience this service again.

  The draft beer is always cold and fresh. I like there wide selection of sauces and the staff is always so nice. There rewards program is definitely worth joining. Thank you B-Dubs.

  The server was nice. The food was good for a food service chain. My biggest complaint was that the chips for my buff wing dip were too thin and brittle.. #firstworldproblems. But other than that, its decent sports bar food. They need to bring back the pro gaming stuff so I can watch not football when I go out
