    The webster bruggers is the worst of them all, don’t get me wrong all locations are terrible but this one is the worst. Everytime I order from there something is wrong. Today I ordered an egg and cheese got a bagel with cream cheese? Not even close. They remade my order, and the bagel for my sandwich wasn’t toasted. It’s sqashy and I had to remake it at home. I don’t order food to have to go home and remake it. This was the last time I’ll ever be ordering from any bruggers location. McDonald’s would have been better and cheaper.

    Purchased 6 plain bagels, 2 everything bagels with coffee for two. Drove all the way home only to open the bag to see the bagels were not cooked fully not even brown on top.

    This is the second time in a row that the order was not correct. I ordered a western brisket sandwich on a toasted bagel. They completely forgot the brisket and the bagel never saw a toaster. It had the egg, peppers, onion and sauce. How do you forget the meat. I also ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and veggie cream cheese. It too never saw a toaster or butter. Both were cold. I just don't understand how hard it is to read a computer screen and follow it. Reading used to be fundamental... maybe they don't teach that anymore in school. God knows the school curriculum is nothing like it used to be. I long for the day when customer service becomes the priority again... Joe
