    I thought I would order a Breakfast bagel sandwich online to save time , that’s where it all went wrong. If you order on line it Does.Not mean you will get what you want. Their website allows you to order food that isn’t in stock, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and when I went to get it, I was informed that they are all out of that particular bagel but as I looked around they were out of almost every bagel they made. What’s the point of a website that allows you to order food that you can’t get, it’s time for a customer service friendly website and food that is available.

    For some reason I could go in there 5x a week and ask for a 1/2 scoop of cream cheese on a double toasted ses bagel i get a bagel and 2 in thick cream cheese. Smh.

    The webster bruggers is the worst of them all, don’t get me wrong all locations are terrible but this one is the worst. Everytime I order from there something is wrong. Today I ordered an egg and cheese got a bagel with cream cheese? Not even close. They remade my order, and the bagel for my sandwich wasn’t toasted. It’s sqashy and I had to remake it at home. I don’t order food to have to go home and remake it. This was the last time I’ll ever be ordering from any bruggers location. McDonald’s would have been better and cheaper.
