  This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. 2-3 workers chatting with their backs to the customers. When we asked if we could place and order, what we got was some VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. Girl said she just returned from her break, as if that excuses her from taking orders. She also accused us of being rude when my husband asked if anyone was going to take our order. I strongly suggest that the owner/manager take the time to train employees in CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Every time I order a coffee on the weekend they do not put cold foam on it. I have to ask EVERY TIME for them to fix it. Weekend crew is incredibly lazy. The only thing keeping it from one star is the fact that the morning crew on weekdays manages to make things correctly. Someone needs to step up on weekends though because I'm honestly starting to get fed up. Their chat support doesn't even work anymore so I can't actually provide feedback on my order either, which is super convenient for them, I'm sure.

  I ordered the chocolate covered banana iced coffee through the app for mobile order and my sister picked it up for us. This is what I got- no cold foam at all, and no flavoring. Just plain bitter iced coffee. Normally I don’t leave reviews for something so small, but this is the 4th time in the last few months this has happened. When I called to ask for a refund since I can’t drive back there, no one picked up and the phone just kept ringing.
