- VVVictoriaApr 2, 20261.0The woman on the headset was very hard to understand, she was literally having a conversation while I was ordering my food, she never repeated my order back to me and I finally after 20min got to the drive up window asked her name they said it was Kelly, I then asked for a manager as my 32.15 order was all wrong not 1 thing right, this woman Julie said she was a manager and asked me what she could do to fix it... Have your workers LISTEN, Repeat the order back to the customers...give the customers the rightful attention they deserve while ordering because we keep establishments like this running. Long story short my "fixed " order was wrong because the manager didnt even listen. Worst Dunkin in Webster.
