  If it’s really that big of a deal that I picked up a mobile order placed for counter pickup in the drive thru instead, then you really should fix your system so such a small thing isn’t the end of the world. I waited and waited inside trying to get anyone’s attention, but since y'all were packed and only ONE person was working the counter taking orders, bringing out orders, and assembling mobile orders, I thought going thru the drive thru would be easiest on everyone, instead the drive thru person literally scolded me and the person in front of me who had done the same thing. It should not make that much of a difference for the employees to walk 10 feet to grab an order placed for to go anyway. I literally was just trying to pick up my food.

  Took a long time to get my food an it wasn’t busy. Then they give me this and the drive thru guy admits “yea I wouldn’t of done this if I made this” I said could you add more and he’s like I can’t unfortunately I’m sorry and proceeds to say the worker that made it just came back from being sick and barely slept. 🤦‍♀️ Im sorry but I get tired at work to but I don’t half ass it.

  My son and I ate at the Webster, NY Diary Queen today - April 2, 2026. We had a great experience. I used the App to order so that we could get the Blizzard deal. The food was ready about a minute or two after what the app had said it would be, and the employees could not have been nicer and more welcoming! I have read a few negative reviews about this location in the last year and I have no idea what happened to them. I would encourage them to give it another try! We could not have been happier. We are from Syracuse and came into town to visit the Eastman Museum and go to Arcade 80s (highly recommend both) and stopped for a delicious treat at DQ. My son loves their chicken tenders and fries. I usually go with a burger; but had a fish sandwich today. The sandwich was unremarkable, but good; the fries were good as they always are - which is why I would have given the food a 4.5 if I could; but since I can't 5 is more accurate than 4 for the food! As it always is the Blizzard was the star of the show. I wish I had asked the name of the young man working the cash register, he could not have been nicer and more friendly. We had such a good experience today, it will be our DQ of choice when we are visiting Rochester!
