  This Webster location continues to be the slowest and messiest Chipotle in the area. Walked in tonight to almost every table dirty, floors littered with food and just an overall appearance of "we don't care." At one point, the line almost went to the door and yet no sense of urgency. One employee, specifically, was such a nasty looking person. Walking around the store with an empty Chipotle cup between her teeth... Multiple rings in her nose, then walking up to the food line to serve customers while chewing away. Only one person there, checking people out, seemed genuinely happy. The rest of the employees - definitely bottom of the barrel. Management, it's time you stepped up and changed the stores dynamics! Chipotle is great healthy option for most people and seems a shame that you can't give a better experience coming there. Clean the place up and train your employees. Not that difficult.

  This Chipotle location is an absolute disaster. The entire place was filthy...trash all over, tables not cleaned, and zero attention to basic upkeep. The operation was completely chaotic, with at least 20 people standing around waiting on mobile orders while nothing seemed to be moving. No communication, no urgency, just total disorganization. The employees looked like they didn’t care at all, and honestly, I can’t blame customers for being frustrated. To make it worse, the food quality has clearly taken a nosedive...sloppy, poorly prepared, and nowhere near what it used to be. To top it off, the app sends notifications saying your mobile order is “ready,” but when you actually arrive, you’re stuck waiting another 20–30 minutes. That’s misleading at best and feels like they’re gaming their own metrics. This isn’t just a bad visit, it’s a failed operation. Management should be embarrassed to run a location like this.

  went to go get some dinner after a long shift. the workers seemed to be tense and the manager proceeded to argue with the workers. it took about 5 minutes for the girl working the line to take the people in front of me. the other guy took my order and was laughing the whole way through and had poor manners. they were out of a lot, which is out of their control but was handle poorly by the workers. it took about 15 minutes to make my one singular bowl. overall i was disappointed with the experience.

  This Chipotle needs an overhaul. The restaurant was so unclean. Tables and floor were littered with mess. We arrived at 8pm and they were supposedly out of every protein except chicken and we're "closing soon" even though their hours are until 10p. We saw multiple people come in and immediately leave - probably told they were closing or were out of what they wanted. The restaurant itself is also just not a comfortable place. The one wall is... Plywood? The chairs and tables are bolted to the ground and reminiscent of a jail yard. Will definitely be avoiding this place in the future!

  We live in Webster and have been to this chipotle multiple times and they are always out of stuff and at dinner time. It’s unreal. It’s just being lazy of not wanting to prep more. We are going to end up driving to another location because this place is ridiculous. This place is poorly managed and needs to get better help especially at night. The place is dirty and always out of lids, sauce, etc in addition to being out of main ingredients.
