I arrived at 7:23 and didn't get my food until 8:12. 49 minutes after I arrived! There were six employees in the building, so they weren't short staffed. There was no explanation about the delay. No apologies when I finally got my food. Nothing. Before I left, I checked the bag and they forgot the salsa and guac. I got that before I left, but when I got home my wife's order was incorrect. I would skip this location at all costs.

Finally got order (a single bowl) when arrived home 6 of 8 items in bowl were wrong. Call and requested to have replacement bowl ready when I was returning to store right away. When arrived Manager and everyone in store acted like I never called. Showed printout of my order confirmation and Manager said would correct and gave me free chips didn't want or need but was a nice gesture. He replaced the order but I didn't watch -I should have. When I got home they still gave me the wrong rice. Will likely not visit them again and will go to Moes
