The Watkins Location though has kept the same quality and taste I have been looking for and love to visit Dunkin time and time again!! Thank you!!!

My drink was made incorrectly even though I was very specific with my order, especially requesting less ice. Instead, the cup was filled with ice and barely any drink. It felt like the staff were not paying attention to customer orders. On top of that, they were loudly talking about inappropriate topics while customers were waiting in line, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t go back to this branch.

Half the time they don’t have majority of the items they offer. And everything either half cold or burnt food wise. My husband’s drink wasn’t what he ordered (unfortunately we are headed outta town so couldn’t just turn around) They almost didn’t even give me my drink. Now I have worked in a drive through before and I understand it’s busy and can be crazy but if a customer is at the window asking where the item they orders is and they say it’s not in there - normally I’d expect good customer service service and they make/grab the item. Instead they told us they had someone behind us so we would have to go through the drive though again. If I wasn’t busy I would have sat I t he drive through being petty but we left.
