This place was absolutely unbelievable tonight around 7pm, there was not one worker on the register or at the front counter, several food delivery drivers waited and waited for their deliveries, we used the kiosk and still had to wait 15-20 minutes for our food, the store was dirty, food stuck to the floor, tables were dirty, I didn't even try to use the bathroom, I'll never go to this location again, do better Watervliet McDonald's

Now I came to this location to get a meal. I said no salt sandwich plain. What the heck is this and she looked like the sup or manager you SSA I said plain. I am so tired of these companies not following orders. I hope all your food is wrong for the whole 2026. And I hope this location the health department comes in. I'm so tired of these people you don't want to work get another job. I don't like pickles I don't care for ketchup SSA.. And do not come on here telling lies. I don't care about your sorry either. Y'all say this stuff to make it look like your caring and your not. If you were my order would have been correct. I see a good amount of people with complaints about this location. GET IT TOGETHER. IM going to A Different Location I don't have to spend my money here.

I went through the drive through, there was nobody in line. I pulled up, I ordered two mcdouble meal deals, no ketch up, no mustard, extra dehydrated onions, extra pickles, sprite, honey mustard and two mac sauces on the side. She sighed and huffed and puffed as I was giving her my specialty order as if it wasn't her job to take special orders.
It made me feel uncomfortable that I could not order my meal the way I wanted it. I get up to the window.
I look at her through the window. She's rolling her eyes and you could tell by the look on her face she was annoyed, she opened the window and stuck the credit card reader out before I inserted my credit card in I asked her if she could give me one large Sprite. Instead of 3 small cups because I ordered 3 meal deals. In addition to the 2 mcdoubles, I ordered a mcchicken as well.
She refused to stick her head out. Instead she tilted one ear out the window and said yes, what do you want. I said I would like one large Sprite, instead of 3 small cups. I was just ordering for myself and knew that I was not going to drink 3 sprites.
She obviously didn't care to hear what I said because she continued to give me 3 regular size sprites and a large Sprite, and then when she tried to give me the tray with 4 cups. I said I don't want that. If she had just took the time to hear what I said, then she would have known what I wanted. She continued to roll her eyes as if she was too good for the job. And my specialty order and request was absurd.
I'm a frequent customer at this location. The manager handed her the food bag and I motioned her to come to the window. I continued to tell her that she should not have this employee in the window. She doesn't like her job. She didn't want to take my specialty order. And I felt uncomfortable the whole time while she was taking my order. I will continue to do a corporate complaint. I think this location needs to pick and choose who they have in the window.Someone who likes their job wants to be there. And makes the customer feel comfortable. And let them leave with a smile.

My grandchildren love playing here with the other babies. Kept clean. Workers are always so friendly and kind when we come. Thank you for everything to make my grandkids time enjoyable-
