  Very mean people told me I had a attitude and she than did not serve us on purpose and she remade it and we got ice cold coffee 2 times when it was spouses be hot coffee

  FEBRUARY 20, 2026 at 510pm. I was just in there and got a drink asked for light ice and she gave me a full cup of ice. I took the drink went to the trash and took the ice out. It went down to a half of cup. The guy then told me to get out or he will call the cops. I said for what. He said be cause I put ice in his trash ca tha he just changed. Then in front of another customer started swearing and telling the cashier. Call the cops. She just put ice in my trash can, and it's gonna get all over the place. And I said, I was going to get a refund, and he says, you can get it some other way. But I waited there and I got my refund, and I told him, I will never come back here again. This isn't the first time i've had a problem here. Every time we go there, we have some kind of attitude coming back at us. Or they mess up our order. He started swearing saying the F word and more. Then he said I was being rude and he needed me out right now. I will be getting ahold of the owner about this. To top it off I went to the bathroom before this happened and the toilet paper was o the floor...EWWW. they never clean and it's sad cause despite all the rudeness I would go there with my kids weekly. NEVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN. . BOTH WERE RUDE IN THE END. It doesn't give me a option to post a picture

  The service here really was awful . I placed a mobile order online because I know it’s usually busy at this time, when I tell them I’m picking up the lady told me they only do Mobile orders in the store not through the drive thru(which is not true) so I have to wait in a busy line just so I could pull back around and park. Then when I get inside all of the employees are just talking and laughing. No one acknowledges me & I have to ask for my order, just for them to finish their conversation then give me my order. Overall a horrible experience and now I know in the future to Never put in a pre order

  I wish I could share a photo omg I had a large clump of hair in my bagel. Thank GOD I opened it before to see how much butter I got. Wasn’t even like human hair it looked like cat or dog hair
