  The pizza was delicious. The customer service was NOT. I was ignored at the counter after trying to check on an order I waited WAY too long for that was supposed to have been ready. :(

  Been here many times. This was the worst. Kid on phone taking order not very sharp. Said order would be ready in 30-40 minutes. Got there in 35 minutes paid and waited 20 minutes to get food. Best part calzone wasn’t even made yet, other people waiting, trying to take more orders, and they needed to tell people time would be longer. Got home no celery charged for it whatever, quarter of calzone was nothing but pizza dough nothing in it.

  Imagine walking into a cute, dainty pizza place for the first time and being excited because you see all the great reviews; you walk in and discuss your online order and are immediately greeted with an attitude and forgetfulness. Im surprised by the cool super size pizza they are building in view behind the counter and inquire about it 😋 to just be quickly shut down with a quick answer and no explanation of the pizza. 😔Then at the end of my "delightful" experience, (20 minutes after my order) I hear "Is that Nick Guy gone yet or what" where I get to reply "sure wish i was but no not yet!" No more communication after that but I am finally handed my food and off I went to enjoy the (yes, pretty good pizza).... mushrooms were not great.

  First time ordering from Papa Tinos. The Cordon Bleu pizza was amazing. The whole family was raving about it. The large pizza size and amount of toppings was plentiful and the crust was the perfect combo of soft and doughy but but not too thick. The wait time was 15 minutes longer than the estimated pick-up time, but the quality of pizza was worth the wait.

  First and last time we will order from there. Ordered delivery at 5pm, it arrived at 645pm. To boot, the meatballs were under cooked, the sub was supposed to be toasted, wasn't. They forgot an entire sub, so every was eating but the wife! The prices after ordering didn't even come close to the prices they had listed. Overall, not recommended, unless drastic changes happen. Customers should be happy, not disgruntled for spending non refundable $60+ on a crap meal!
