- GNGregory N.Feb 8, 20261.0My experience at this Wendy's was very poor. The woman at the drive thru asked us to pull ahead because they were making hot fresh fries for us. There was absolutely no one there, not even inside at the time we went to order food. When we left my girlfriend checked everything and the fries were old and cold, not hot abd fresh like she stated they were doing. We also waited almost 10 minutes just to get old and cold fries which is very poor management in my opinion. I called the store to speak to management, low and behold it was the same woman that had us pull forward to wait for fresh fries. I will never go to this Wendy's again and definitely advise other people to not go also. It's sad when management asks you to pull forward to wait for fresh fries and then you get old fries that are not hot or fresh.The chicken tenders were old as well in which my girlfriends son would nit eat because of that. Also the lettuce on my girlfriends chicken sandwich was old and brown as well. We paid almost $50 to get this kind of service from a manager which is absolutely ridiculous. I normally don't post reviews but I was not happy when I found out it was the on shift manager that allowed this to happen, especially when they were dead and had no other customers in the drive thru or inside the place.

And lately when we get dinner, they always forget part of our meal. They need to automate and save money on paying employees. The employees don't want to do the job, replace them.
