When we first started ordering food Jamal got on the headset and and said "c"mon man its late" Then a lady gets back on the headset and takes our order. We were asked to pull up to wait for our food to be brought out. We waited almost a good hour. The food was brought out my fiance asked for the fries to be remade as they were cold and not fresh the lady gets huffy puffy and grabs the bag and goes to remake them. We waited about another 30 minutes by then our sandwiches and nuggets are cold. She finally comes out with the fries and we told her the food is cold and our sprites tasted funny. Could we just get a refund and she gets an attitude and says the fountains in the back weren't working right that she had to grab it from the lobby and said she'd give us the refund after she gets the money she brings it out and shoves it through a crack in the window and my fiance said wow just throw the money at me and she goes I didn't it's on camera and she really did he had to get out of the vehicle and grab money. She was so beyond rude. Last night we go to get food and she's working. My fiance just wanted a chicken sandwhich and a frosty. Once we get to the window she yells I'm not serving you and slams the window shut. We ask for her name and she absolutely refuses to give it to us and so does other employees. We didn't leave because he just wanted his food we asked multiple times and she still refused to serve us and call the cops. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this because it was absolutely crazy and made us really upset to be treated that way for no reason. We were polite and nice. We will be giving the police report to coorprate or someone else higher up so something can be done about this! The good is expensive, we should get what we pay for.
