  When I showed up for my prescription they said it would 20 minutes,when I return they said at 15 more minutes,then when I get home I realize they do not give you the paper with side effects on it.So I call them and they say they don't do that anymore and that there is a qr code...

  This pharmacy needs help with their quality of staff. Nothing but frustration every month trying to get my medications delivered. The actual pharmacists can be helpful but everyone I deal with trying to get transferred to the pharmacy is rude, ignorant and have no business working customer service. Absolutely ridiculous the amount of time I spend frustrated on the phone. Something goes wrong every month. They're deliberately rude to me because I refuse to use the automated system that isn't user friendly and eventually transfers me to the pharmacy anyway so they are rude to me for trying to save myself time. I also have no idea what is going on with their delivery service but there is no one showing up when they are scheduled for delivery. I got a phone call today from them telling me that I needed to pick up my prescription within 24 hours or it would be returned to the shelf. I called them to tell them I would pick it up and it wasn't even ready and no apology for not delivering!The convenience of the delivery service is obviously no longer available so I have no reason to keep tolerating the awful customer service so I'll be inconvenienced by this place one more time because I have to switch pharmacies. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
