I may edit this review in the future but as of now my wife and I have been trying to fill out scripts for over a week and we were told the next day three different times. Now our pick up schedule is going to be offset because of the NY State registry requirements are regulated. Hopefully they will prorate their mistakes when we come to pick up our meds next month. Otherwise I will be changing pharmacy after being a loyal customer to Kinney's for just under 20 years

Over the years I've even seen them handle two medical emergencies with a calmness that was truly impressive, all while continuing to help customers who were sometimes less than understanding of the situation. These folks are awesome!

Not very friendly uppermanagement I walked in and a young lady was helping me while tears were streaming down her face , I asked her what was wrong, and she said she was alright. However Mr. Jeff kirkby showed me very clearly why she was crying with his sour attitude that was directed towards the young girl. She looked like she was doing the best she could, and he was consistently on her case in the 10 minutes I was in that store. Do better, treat your employees better, and maybe don't treat your staff like that in front of customers or at all. Have some common decency and respect for others Mr. Kirkby. Or you'll lose your customers and respect from your staff.
