I may edit this review in the future but as of now my wife and I have been trying to fill out scripts for over a week and we were told the next day three different times. Now our pick up schedule is going to be offset because of the NY State registry requirements are regulated. Hopefully they will prorate their mistakes when we come to pick up our meds next month. Otherwise I will be changing pharmacy after being a loyal customer to Kinney's for just under 20 years
- MSMichael Dixon SrApr 17, 20251.0It's funny when you pick up a script and sign on the pad it asks you do you accept counseling from the pharmacist but they never ask you if you want to speak to the pharmacist. So they want you to lie. So I'm going to contact the state to see if that is legal.

It takes days to put up a simple prescription which is tolerable, but to think that you no longer have to answer your phone is inexcusable. I am all done trying to accommodate you, and will be going to your competitor. What a shame.
