  Bad attitude from the employees and lots of complaints from the staff. As soon as I walked in, I heard a really vile joke being told by the employee. I wanted to turn around as soon as I walked in, but I'm hungry. I won't be back to this location even though I live around the corner....

  The worst service for a dunkin I've been too. Think the drive thru would be any quicker guess again. And the attitude from the staff. I always try to avoid this one if I can. Do better

  Every time I visit this location, I’m stuck waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I literally ONLY pull in this place when I see just one car at the order menu and STILL WAIT for an obscene amount of time. More than once I’ve driven away from the window without my food or a refund because my 30 minute lunch break is over. Today is the last $15 I will just drive away from because this location is a poor example of what dunkin donuts is supposed to be.

  I've given up on this location, everytime I stop there something happens, the latest being stuck in the line for almost 25 minutes and when I got to the window I was never greeted and waited another 5 minutes before giving up. Previous times I've stopped there and they are out of tea or bagels and they don't tell you till you pull up to the pickup window.

  Let's start with this morning and to my entrance.I wasn't even greeted appropriately, I was scolded at and asked, what do I want when I was hencefort shocked of the response?I looked at the young lady with glasses and blonde hair.That was organizing the donuts. I forcefully responded "Excuse me?, you mean good morning and how are you." Hence forth causing an uncomfortable setting to the environment. To the point that in her aggression towards simple Edicate she Rushed my ordered and Charged me for something i have never once ever ordered in my time of coming to this Dunkin. I work in fort Drum so now i cant rely on my closest coffee spot Because You have unfriendly NonMorning individuals Breathing at your counter ruining others days ! Upon me stating that it was wrong the staff scolded in my direction like it wasnt a big deal after waiting for 8 mins , The customer that was handed Chocalate Donuts Balls noticed the interaction and told me its this "Younger generation " I REFUSE TO ONLY BE 5-7 YRS OLDER AND FEEL LIKE I CANT BE ADMIRED R APPRECIATED FOR MY BUSINESS . I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL TAKE MY business elsewhere if this Matter isnt resolved. You need Happy friendly faces at the counter not whatever that was.... Ima Go change tires and Oil 🛢 for Our #FortDrum #Troops while you guys sulk in your stress over brewing and Toast .... Try not to ruin ppl days . You dont know what some ppl have to do To bring A paycheck home . And yet we prob make same amount . I would never look down on someone the way she made me feel."
