  I'm a soldier at Fort Drum, I was trying to enjoy my saturday by going to get my favorite drink at Dunkin' by the base which didn't work out because the line was long. I came to this location and ordered only two drinks, one medium matcha latte with butter pecan, less ice, and cold foam. The other was a vanilla iced latte with hazlenut and cream. First of all, whoever was taking my order was super passive-aggressive about it like I was inconveniencing them. It took 20 minutes overall for me to get my order, and I was utterly disappointed. I asked for less ice because I dislike my drink getting watered down over time which the employee taking my order said "Just to let you know, less ice does not mean we will put more milk because we have to put a certain amount." Confused by this I was like okay cool. No other location has ever told me anything like this so I was unsure what was about to happen. After another 10 minutes I get to the window and pay, she hands me my drinks. Only my matcha had cold foam, despite me saying I wanted it on both. The iced vanilla had no sugar, even though each time I get it, it has had sugar because I specify add sugar. My matcha was only half filled in the medium cup, the latte was bitter and looks like no cream was added, it was just overall terrible. Please don't waste your money at this location if you really want a good drink and not waste your time for a bunch of nothing.

  went inside, stood there for like 5 mins before someone came over, and the girl (with the piercings) just stared at me.. and i was like uh okay so i started ordering but she was off putting and kind of rude and very short with me. i gave an extra point bc they were playing radiohead and the music was good in there lol but overall like bad service, and i paid extra for cold foam the other day for them to not put any on it and i didn't realize until i was already at work 🙃

  Worst Duncan I’ve ever been to right around the corner from us. I don’t stop there very often, but this is why order my husband a bagel sandwich when he opened it the top wasn’t even put on the bagel. It was like in two pieces was terrible. My coffee was cold. Very very sweet and hard to get your truck through to the drive-through. They didn’t plow very well I had to put it in four-wheel-drive to get through the drive-through. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this place. People are rude. They don’t care what you have to say zero work ethics, somebody needs to look at the manager if he’s not taking care of all these bad reviews
