From the employee to the manager are very disrespectful, rude and bias. It is sad that the employee have to be included in the unprofessional attitude because they should learn from their managers which are no help at all. I have taken the time to read the owner response to some of the customers comments and it seem that it has been copied and paste. This tells you that even the owner is not taking the time to fix an unprofessional approach to the community. It is very sad to see, and experienced such poor customer service.
