  Amazing manager and team! The manager is always supportive, leads by example, and creates such a positive environment. You can tell the team works well together, and they treat every guest like family. Service is always friendly and consistent and it definitely stands out!

  Took a while for my order, but Chris was really kind. He was chill and we had a small conversation. Made me possibly best coffee I've ever had. Props to him

  This is the last straw. I’ve always had issues with the order. Either they ignore my instructions or they give me the wrong one. Today, they gave me half a cup, and I only found out when I was ready to drink it. Times are hard, and spending over five dollars for a small cup of coffee is unreasonable. You shouldn’t be given half a cup.

  This is easily the slowest dunkin in the Hudson Valley area. You’re waiting at least 10 minutes for your order, no matter how busy or slow. Then they have about a 45% success rate of getting your order right. I live in Washingtonville and I would rather drive to Montgomery.
