  Not sure what happened. 4/11/2026. Went to drive through. I ordered 2 hamburgs through the app with extra onions pickles and ketchup. Got one of the hamburgs with no hamburger just a bun. The other hamburg looks like it was dropped in a bowl of onions. French fries were barely filled and not warm. Not good.

  Another place not worth going to!! Staff could care less if you are there and food is not fresh and presentation is terrible. I don't know why I even went in? Happens every time!! Not anymore!!!

  the failures at this location are never ending, tonight i placed a mobile order, went to the drive thru, waited over 5 minutes before someone came on and said i will be with you in a minute, after that 3 more cars pulled up and they actually took one of their orders before mine, i get to the first window and im told 'we only have 1 apple pie would you like 3 cookies in place of the other one" i said yes, i get to the pickup window, when they finally bring my food to me, the total time in the drivethru was at roughly 25 minutes, at that point i had to get home to use the restroom so i took my bag and left, i get home to find 0 apple pies, 11 cookies, my quarter pounder, a filet o fish...and thats it, i was missing the 2 mcchickens i had ordered, so when you can get over 50% of an order wrong and you have a half hour to complete it and a screen right in front of you telling you what you are supposed to have in the bag, some changes need to take place, and i do hope the franchisee sees this

  27 minutes to get 2 filet of fish and 2 10 piece mcnuggets. I knocked on the window to get my money back . The African American girl who appeared at the window stated in a belligerent tone “It’s not my fault “ ( verbatim, check the video ) and walked away . the bag of food miraculously appeared. Too bad the filets were ice cold. They were discarded. 1.2/10 . What happened to this place? It used to be my go to. No more ☹️

  Ya’ll avoidddd this place, sitting in the 2nd drive thru for over 5 min, watched so many cars go by, spin around to let them know it’s not working, they knew just didn’t put anyone on it. It’s fast food. Put up a sign, i’m not coming here for quality(bk is better) i’m here on convenience and a time crunch. Put up a sign! Pouringgg rain coming in the window for that long was ridiculous the lady’s serving were nice, but management needs to get on it. And that guys tone when he was like we only have one 👀 Yes you Mr condescending. Clearly but how do your customers who have been waiting wayyyy to long know that?!? This is one of the reason i don’t go to mcdonald’s 🙄 Update yall forgot 3 fries and 3 nuggets so all i got was a burger. Where is your general manager at? how is this a trend, i read the other reviews, surprised its still sucks.
