  I don't know what's worse here, the rude staff, the long wait times that are some time over an hour, or the fact the mess up your order here 9/10 times

  The food is the same as any Taco Bell....no complaints there. I don't know if it's all Taco Bells or this one in particular, but the prices are straight ABSURD. I got 2 cheesy gordita crunches, a chicken quesedilla, a 2 pack Cinnabon, and large iced tea for $27 !!! What??

  I used to go to Taco Bell way back in the 80s in Texas and ate there often, it was great. Have tried 3 different Taco Bell's in the Rochester, NY area in the past few months, and in my opinion, the food is just terrible. The combonation of ingredients is exactly the same in everything I ordered. And the quality of the meat in all of them was poor and most of it was not real meat. Save your money and go someplace else

  Everytime I come to this taco bell i wonder why I kept coming back lol Today I had to wait 30 MINUTES for mine and my clients order. When I finally got to the window i was told to go around and park and they'd bring the food out to me. Well here I waited 20 plus minutes and just ended up going inside to figure out what was going on. The girl "forgot" what my car looked like (she didnt even come out and try and find me) I understand places can get backed up and sometimes theirs slow times for food my husband works in the industry. But waiting 30 minutes for food and having to end uo going in anyway bc the worker forgot what my car looked like and thought I left like... Also our food was kinda just haphazardly thrown in our bag. So yeah.
