  We don’t eat fast food very often, so this was a pleasant surprise. Our visit to McDonald's was a really positive experience. The service was quick, and the staff was genuinely kind—something you don’t always expect. They even took the time to say “have a good day,” which made it feel more personal. Our fish sandwiches were nicely made and well-presented, which definitely exceeded expectations. Overall, a great experience for a quick stop.

  Personnel très gentil! La gentille jeune dame à la caisse m'a offert gratuitement les frites, car mon application mobile pour utiliser la récompense ne fonctionnait pas. Je n'ai jamais eu un aussi bon service dans un McDo!

  Every time I visit this location I get wrong food. It is usually cold, their attitudes are TERRIBLE AND NO APOLOGETIC Behavior at all. Won't be going back there. I advise stopping off exit 18 or 19 before going to this TERRIBLE location

  This McDonald's is ridicules, every Sunday I pick up my grandson at his Dads. I get Food for his brother too that one lives with his Dad. He loves McDonald's asks as soon as I pick him up for the mcdouble meal deal. EVERY SINGLE TIME... there is a problem with the food ordered. It's always get in line and wait, and wait. Order is always the mcdouble, only ketchup and extra pickles. Never right, he's always hungry when I get him and doesn't wanna wait until we get back to Glens falls. Last time was both meals wrong with single burgers not mcdouble and still not made the right way. There is always choas inside when I go in to have them made right. With of course another long wait time of course. Once again 2 disappointed boys.
